Might work ... if you can acquire the visual signal, filter out the noise, then add the art filter, you could feed the result back into the visual cortex. Loop. The real value might be to enhance a visually boring lifestyle, like working in some gray corporate building... just turn on that Sparkle filter and take another look at that cute new admin!
