If you have to ask what camera and lenses to bring to a place like NYC... or anyplace really... then you're not much of a photographer, let alone a "master." You have no clue what you're doing. None at all. You would be better served by spending your money on photography books and videos so you could learn enough about the craft to not have to ask stupid questions like this, rather than buying every single new camera and gadget and then bragging about owning them.

im guessing you've not looked at my photos. Clearly they show I'm way beyond needing books or video instruction!

im getting ready to teach a class on advanced photography here at our local community college.

Thanks very much!

All my cool stuff:
Nikon D600 (many lenses) Sigma DP1 Merrill, Sony Nex6 with CZ 24mm lens, Sony HX30v, GoPro Hero3 Black Addition, Parrot A.R. Drone with HD camera and iPhone 5.

Where's the class listing? Surely that must exist, in the physical world, that is. Your head, although a part of the physical world, does not count.

You have a serious problem with composition and post-processing in a number of your photos. I can't imagine why you'd be teaching anything about the subject. 96% of your subjects are dead-centered, for one. Your photo workflow seems to be: 1) me take pix, 2) me boost clarity, 3) me make colors off/me no calibrate monitor, 4) me make jpeg. Is that what you'll teach in your Master's Photography Course?
