Please advise a beginner on a fast lens for NEX6

I really want a F1.8 (or faster) lens for my NEX 6. From the pics I’ve seen, that gives the DOF and low-light performance I am looking to play with. Now I know there are slower good lenses out there that will easily meet that but I really want less than F2. I have accepted that I will have to get a manual (most likely used) lens with adapter. As much as I love having a compact system, I just can’t afford the nice Sony F1.8. Also, while I would like to have AF/aperture control (through lens and/or adapter), I know in my budget that is most likely not going to happen.

Since this will most likely be used indoors a lot, I was thinking around the 20-40mm range.

So, the big question is, can anyone please recommend a <F2 20-40mm lens (with adapter if needed) that will fall in under £150?
