I just bought a new Mac Mini, and want advice on photography software

I just got a new 2012 mac Mini with Quad Core processor. I will be doing quite a bit of photography processing on it, and am wondering which photography software to use.

The programs I am considering are:

Apple Aperture 3

Adobe Lightroom 4

Phase One Capture One 7

DxO Optics Pro 8

My camera is an Olympus E-620, and I shoot mostly in RAW (.orf) file format. I want to be able to use Nik Software Plug-ins with it.

What should I choose, and why do you feel this is the best choice? Note: Money is not a big concern, I just want to get the most from my images.
