Question text "visibility"

In the past, when scrolling through the list of questions in a forum, I simply moved my cursor over a question in the forum, and I could see a limited amount of the text without actually opening the question.  For some reason that feature is not working anymore.  I must have accidentally touched some control or option.  Please, how do turn this feature back on??  Is the option found in Safari, or the DPReview website? Please help and thanks in advance!
