Is your winter going to the dogs...

Oooh, chilly. How is it when that dog curls up on your bed after a walk in the woods? He looks like he's dressed for it though. The snow scene with the dog look like fun. I get my snow shoes out when it looks like that. But I have to travel up to the Sierras to find good snow.

Our 3 cats curl up in front of the heater vent whenever the temp drops below 50 F outside. I see snow on the mountains 2000 to 3000 feet above me when it gets really cold here. If I hike from the top of the streets for one to two hours I might reach it. But we both have a pair of snow shoes for those long winter trips to Mammoth Lakes or central Oregon.
