SD card speed recommendation for GH3

I would go nothing less than class 10, but I am asking on write speed clarification. Class 10 cards have different speeds. A low speed class 10 card will not likely manage to keep maximum throughput on a 1080p 60 fps .MOV file......

So the question still remains, what write speed is required?
