Thanks for the advice everyone, it appears if I click this check box and reopen the image it is then opened as aRGB. Yes the camera -is- set to sRGB as that is how I want the in camera jpeg to be set. I am not interested in "converting" an sRBG image to aRGB, that is quite pointless
