This is what some Canon techs do to clean sensors in Singapore - seen them doing it to my previous camera through the glass wall! You can't tell me that Nikon techs don't do it as well!

You would need to be very careful with the air pressure and have a good moisture and particle filtration. I think this fits in the "Do Not Try This at Home." category.
