Hensel Integra 500 Pro Plus modeling light replacement

Hi,
My modeling light quit working and I bought a new one and Hensel said it's very easy to replace. I went to pull it out and I couldn't, I tried so hard I thought it was going to pop out and hit the U shaped flash. Has anyone else had this problem?
