A couple of things that I have to make note of is...

Canon's flash system has never been better than Nikon's, this has forever been the case.

Nikon's has always given users more accurate exposures and has always had wireless flash capabilities WITHOUT having to buy any other accessories.

Canon finally has a nice flash system but for the cost one could use pocket wizards and get the same results for less.

Nikon has taken care of the Canon argument of F4 lenses. Nikon now has the 70-200 f/4, 24-120 f/4, 16-85 f/4.

Nikon has also revamped their 1.8 line by introducing the 50 1.8, 28 1.8, 85 1.8 all with stellar performances
