Question re: NIK Sharpener Pro 3 and output selection for Ilford paper.

For b&w lab prints (Mpix, etc) being made on Ilford true digital b&w paper, what would be the recommended output selection? I've ordered prints with display sharpening applied, with mixed results. Haven't tried the others. Mpix customer support on this question was non-existant. I thought I'd ask before I spend more $$ on experimenting. Thx.
