I don't know about websites for reviews, but if you google you can find some... I found a few that had bar graphs comparing low light performance and so forth.
For my purposes I needed one with a microphone input jack and low cost and that (at the time) pretty much limited me to Canon. It's OK, but I wanted better low light, so I went with a Panasonic 3ccd. Cost a lot more, but it is really a lot better. One of the really nifty features is a 5 microphone array that can be used a variety of ways, including one mode that narrows the sound field as you zoom in.
