The "measured ISO" of the GH3: Surprise, surprise

Well then, if so, I wonder how happy GH3 users who want to record JPGs and as well as RAWs simultaneously will feel about the fact that (as we can see is clearly the case with the E-M5), they will blow the smithereens out of their JPG RGB-channels is they maximize the ADU levels of their recorded RAWs ("ETTR") ? Hard to imagine many "happy campers" among that lot. What were they thinking ?
