Toggle switch on 5D Mk3

Hi guys,

My toggle switch on my mk3 is doing something weird.  When the camera is in the landscape position it works fine for selecting the af points, when its in the portrait position it won't select the points going across form left to right.

I've been through the menu and can't find any settings.  Anyone know what it could be thanks?
