Should I Keep the A33 or A37... Pros & Cons... How Much better is the a37 performance?

Hi Guys, love the forum and have learned so much over the last 6 months since I have taken the plunge into photography. Anyway, being a sony fanboy at heart I bought a A300 to start out that quickly got stolen, I then bought an A33 that as been awesome from what I can tell, love the build quality, Huge awesome LCD and other features.

Anyway I found a brand new and sealed A37 on craigslist that I manged to get for $240... not bad! I was either going to keep it and use it and give my brother my A33 for Christmas  or just give him the A37.

Now here is where I am confused. I thought the A37 would be a natural upgrade but it feels like sony really cheeped out on this thing. The LCD is BEYOND horrible, something from a decade old Digital Camera it seems like. Now I know the biggest difference between the two is the 14 vs 16 mp sensor. If I am not mistaken it uses the same senor as the a57 while the a33 senor is rather dated by now. My question is then is the performance of the A37 a lot better than the A33 to outweigh its terrible LCD. I do like shooting in the dark and dont have tons of money to spend on low light lens so ISO performance is pretty big to me. Will the upgrade in the  sensor produce much better images, especially when blown up? I am not gonna lie I shoot with the LCD mostly as well so that might be a deal breaker. I never had any overheating issues but I dont really shoot videos much, although is that something that might linger and eventually kill my a33? Any insight would be awesome!
