That's Tejas alright. I like the composition and the woman walking into the scene. I think the yellow fall colors are the main subject. The whole scene seems over exposed (by 2/3 or 1 stop?). I think it would be fine to let the woman's form go dark and become an outline or silhouette against the yellow color. If you have LR or PS try shifting the exposure in RAW and see what you think. Or try highlight recovery. Luminous Landscape has a good article on histograms and exposing to the right.
