This lens comes with a variety of monikers on it, Cosina is like Samyang and makes lenses that other third parties can purchase, then flog them as their own. This is a lens made by Cosina and is a 100 f3.5 macro, I own the Vivitar (Canon mount) version. Below is a link to the Photozone review of it, optically it scores three stars which is more than a number of lenses have achieved, read the review and look for this lens under its various monikers used on the market, you should be able to pick one up for something like $100 or even less. Be patient and peruse the used lens market and eventually one will pop up.

It can be Phoenix, Vivitar, Bowser, Cosina, etc... all the same lens.
