Mako is right...your RAW file will have absolutely none of the picture control settings applied, regardless of the control selected. ADL is the only thing applied, and even that is simply an adjustment to exposure (pretty much always some degree of underexposure). What you are seeing on your review screen is the image as it would have been if it had been a JPEG, so the only effect of different picture control settings is the look of the screen preview image. To get a RAW photo to convert exactly as you see it on the screen, you need View NX or Capture NX, since it will read those adjustments and apply to the converted photo.

If you like what you see on the screen already, save those extra steps and just shoot a JPEG too (RAW+JPEG). Now you have a picture control JPEG and a RAW to do with as you please...
