I've often tried to convey the beauty of out-of-focus shots by, well, taking out-of-focus shots. The thing is, the end result looks like, well, an out-of-focus shot.
For the viewer, it often represents a failed attempt to capture a photograph ("Um... it's out of focus.")
BUT, this shot succeeds, in a big way. The "luck" of the woman entering the scene might have something to do with it, but there's definitely more going on here. I'll have to linger on this for a while.
Funny, you were not pleased with some of your images lately and your "tired" eyes end up coming up with this. I love it.
