Not only that, but your reaction time to these beeps makes ANY conclusions plain speculation.  Unless your reactions are identical and repeatable (50 times repeatable), the results are not plausible.  Do this test 50 times

and I'll bet you don't come close to hitting the same mark more than a handful of times.  And that only tests your reaction time to the beep.  We also have to factor in your reaction to moving the camera to the next target, finding focus (waiting for beep and reacting), snapping a shot and reacting quickly to move on the next, rinse and repeat.  Really?  A test like this is only worthwhile if you take the human equation out of it.  Other than that, it's an interesting exercise in "my gut feelings say..such and such" and by all means any results are far from conclusive.
