Ads Appearing

I already have both Easy List and FanBoy's List.

"Disable everywhere","Show tabs on flash/Java", "Hide placeholders" and "Count hits" are checked. "Show in add on bar" and "Allow some unobtrusive ads" are unchecked.

I've cleaned cache and run MalwareBytes; system is clean.  I'm still getting ads.

I appreciate your time on this.  If anyone has any other ideas I'd love to hear them.
