Since I was already messing around in CS6, this maybe?

Opened up her droopy eye a bit too. Actually, a 180 degree horizontal eye drop with the catchlights saved in position. Droopy eyes bug me, even my own do too.  Ran the rest though Imagnomics Portraiture and darkened the background and blurred it a bit.  Default CS6 Contrast hit.
