Camera Insurance thoughts for semi-pro shooter

I also will backpack through other countries, shooting for a year at a time. The state farm said it was covered in other countries, regardless of the time...but again I was a bit skeptical. Since I was often in very rough environments with my gear, I was very concerned by the coverage abroad.
