Broken Diopter on the Nikon D600: Nikon Canada, what is wrong?

That is unfortunate. I have only ever had good experiences with Nikon Canada.  It could be too that the techs are not camera fans per se and don't search documented QC issues on the web. I do know that they have a technical rep that does comb through the web for generalized feedback. So while the techs may not know, there is at least one who knows. Hi A.M.
