Epson R3000 and roll paper

Hi,

I recently bought an Epson R3000, thinking I could use any width of Epson roll paper on it... i.e. 100mm wide, and 210mm wide... in addition to the standard 329mm roll paper width designed for this printer. However, the rear paper support (if open as it should be for roll paper) is not compatible with using 100/210mm rolls of paper!! Bummer.

I haven't tried yet, but has anyone managed to circumvent this?
