What Happened Here?

This is a .jpg conversion of the raw file in PhotoShop.  I shot in both .jpg and raw and the in-camera .jpg file is fine.  Just this singe raw image messed up of all the images shot during the session.  Luckily, it was a test shot!

Any ideas?

Camera Nikon D700,Tamron 17-50 MM f/2.8

Strobist Data:
SB910 bounced off Westcott 60" with optical white CR (did not fire).

SB700 in GF collapsible light sphere CL.

SB900 in a mini softbox for hair light.

Fired by PW MiniTT1, AC3, and FlexTT5.
