URGENT: R3000 front tray does not latch!

Hello,

I received my R3000 today and I have carefully unpacked it, removed all the tapes etc. I still do not have powered the pirnter on at this moment. The problem is that during the visual inspection for tapes I have pushed the front tray out (the gray one for fine art media) and now I'm not able to latch in again: I have tried various degrees of strength and speed but it doesn't latch in again (it does not seems to me a robust/reliable design but this is another story). I'm pretty sure I have not damaged anything, I have pushed it as expected and it was correctly extending out itself withouth strange rumors or whatever.

Now I'm worried if is the case to power up the printer or not: I will not damage something, but the tray is off and I'm on hold.

So please, any help/advice is very welcome!
