Zoom Or Primes?

The good news is that you really can't go wrong either way.  A kit of the Oly 12/2, Panasonic 20/1.7 or 25/14, and Oly 45mm would be a great setup, and really not very large.  You could easily carry the camera with one lens mounted and the other two in your jacket pockets or a small bag.

OTOH, the 12-35 is a very good zoom, relatively small, and weather sealed to go with the OMD body....

I guess I'd say start out with a primeor two ... and you'll eventually get the zoom anyway.  

Many will disagree, but I would pass on the Panny 14mm/2.5.  IMO it's only real attraction is that it's tiny.  The 12-35 is better at 14mm than the prime and almost as fast.
