Is the GH3 shutter silent only with slow speeds?

See my thread 'G5 Disappointment' The problem, as I understand it, is that the electronic shutter takes some 1/10th (1/12th?) of a second to expose all the photosites , regardless of set shutter speed. So if there is movement of subjects, their images may well be blurred.

Looks as if I'll have to stay with my DSLRs. m4/3s will get there someday, probably the next generation if I understand Thom Hogan's comments about the future of m4/3 correctly.

But I wish it were now.
