Is X-E1 AF really better than XPro-1 ? Did anybody compare them with the same lens ?

The new zoom lens AF is quicker than any of the three primes previously released by Fuji...this is where the AF improvement is, NOT with the XE1 itself. The AF system and sensor are identical with the XE1/XPro1.

I also have both. The X-E1 focuses faster than the X-Pro 1 (w/same lens)!

Unless you use the LCD or EVF on the X-Pro 1, then it focuses the same as the X-E1. But, the primary reason to have the X-Pro 1 is to use the OVF, which slows down the focus speed a bit.
