My (Unfortunate) experience with Samsung service.

So about 4 months ago I noticed my 85mm f1.4 was starting to squeak when changing direction when focus seeking.

I purchased from Henry's here in Canada which handles all warranties for their customers.

Ended up taking over 3 months to get a result. They gave up waiting for the replacement focusing system to arrive from Asia and in the end Samsung told Henry's to give me a new copy on their behalf.
Moral of the story: Samsung lenses are great, but when you choose the smaller player, you may have less/slower support.
