The main disadvantage to the 45-200, besides the extra weight, is that it will likely develop zoom creep eventually. The lighter 45-150 may not, and the 45-175 extends internally. I have the 45-200 and the 45-175. Despite the occasional double image blur issues on my G3, I generally shoot the 45-175 because it's lighter and there is no zoom creep. I find them to be about equal optically. The 45-200 appears to me to have superior OIS, despite its being of the older variety. YMMV.
