Yikes, you must really make some photo retail chaps very happy in your home town! Reason I say that is the loss you take on trade in's is going to be really high unless the shop has some sort of policy that gives you a bit of an advantage otherwise they are only going to give you half the value of what they expect to be able to sell the item for as used.
I think a lot of DSLR buyers go about the process backwards, they put their money down on the body instead of thinking about the long term value of better lenses. Most times the kit lenses are not much better than what we get with these smaller sensor cameras just that the large sensor of the body makes some gains. If they bought the more expensive glass out of the gate they would probably save money in the long run in terms of lost value on trade ins and upgrades. As an example two of the very first L glass Canon SLR lenses I bought back in the late 80's I still use in with my current DSLR kit. But then many DSLR buyers never buy another lens other than the kit lens so I think in that instance it would make more sense to buy a Super Zoom camera with good lens.
Granted I kind of know where you are coming from, the big difference with me is that I don't get rid of anything..... my gear list is just the tip of the ice burg since it doesn't include the film/sheet film and glass plate cameras in my collection.
Last night I was looking at the B&H website and noticed the G3 with kit lens suddenly went down to $299. Hard to beat that deal, but the reality is I don't need it, I have a GF2 and it was a failed experiment. Wanted to use my Leica M and Canon FD lenses on it but discovered that manual focus was not working well with the low res EVF available for that camera. It too was a really good deal at the time.... this 'new' camera has a much better EVF but I suspect once I got it I'd discover some new limitation that would relegate it to the camera lockup. So I came to my senses and cancelled the order a half hour later.
Given what you have in your collection I'd be tempted to suggest dumping the D60 in favour of the 6D or a heavily discounted 5D MKII, pick up one or two good L glass lenses such as the 16-35 f2.8. Then keeping your FZ200, and if you can still find one get the LX7 for $299. Now you have a kit that would cover quite a few different shooting situations, have a full frame DSLR with good sensor, the FZ would be the walkabout camera since it's a pretty good jack of all trades and the LX for times when you want small and low light capabilities.....
But the other factor, how you actually feel about the cameras is a huge consideration. No point in having something that you have some sort of nagging issue or doubt with.... ;^)
