Thank you Dave, that's exactly what I wanted to know.

It looks like the 6D is significantly better than the 5D3 and almost as good as the 1D5. The 6D at ISO 3200 is about the same as the 5D3 at ISO 1600 and almost as good as the 1D5 at ISO 3200.

You would expect noise to correlate inversely with the pixel size: 1D5 is 6.9 micrometers, 5D3 is 6.25, and 6D is 6.54. The 6D's size is about in the center but it's noise is closer to the 1D5, which indicates some technology improvement in the 6D's new sensor.
