Insurance..

Is MX Mexico? Excuse my ignorance. I have an equipment and third party policy which covers me for shooting property. The same policy covers shooting at events. Gear loss or damage, property damage or personal injury are all covered. If you don't need it for your property work you may not need it for this gig. Insurance is a racket, but I can't risk working without it.

Hope the shoot goes well  - the booth idea is a good one. I sometimes take an hour out of traipsing around and let people shoot themselves. Just a tripod and remote and you're set. Particularly if you don't enjoy all the interaction while 'roving', people are sometimes better at shooting themselves, with appropriate guidance. I have set up a little projector and so the booth can be shot tethered and projected on a wall. People like that.

All the best.
