Help! Shooting retirement dinner as a favor-- need advice.

I usually shoot landscape/nature. Have Nikon d800 with choices of 28-300 nikon, 16-35 nikon, 40mm Voigtlander, and 150 Sigma. Which lens? What camera setting (portrait?). Raw or jpeg?

Only have built-in flash, but can go high ISO if needed.

Any advice is appreciated.
