One thing I forgot to mention is I found my self having to shoot at ISO 400 and F8 in order to keep the shutter speed fast enough. Which was still well below 100. Is there something maybe I was doing wrong here? Now I have lots of noisy RAW images to PP.
Did you try adjusting the flash strength upwards? The FZ200 allows you to dial the flash up or down by up to +/-2EV, but I'm not sure if/how this might affect your studio setup.
With studio lighting, you need to set your camera to Manual, and set shutter speed to 1/125 and your aperature at whatever you want. Then adjust the power of the lights, or adjust the aperature of your camera to get the right lighting.
I was just wanting to see how the FZ200 would work with higher shutter speeds, which can be useful in outside bright lighting (where you bring a battery pack for powered studio lights on location)
