Hate to call BS again, but what you all are saying and what the camera's exif are reflecting is two different things?

All f/8 and all different shutter speeds with Nex-7 being the fastest of all...lol...

Yes, please stop the BS nonsense. Blue_skies is right here, please just accept it.

It seems you do not understand how to read shutter speeds, no offence.

The NEX-7 and OMD photos are both taken at f8 and camera ISO1600 (not measured).

Now, the shutter speeds are the following:

OMD --> 1/160s

NEX-7-->1/320s

These numbers indicate fractions of a second. Higher denominator gives higher shutter speeds, allowing less light to the sensor/film.

We have now established that NEX-7 has the higher shutter speed. Actually it lets half the light in compared to the OMD in this case (1 stop less light).

The apertures are identical (f8) which indicates that the NEX sensor at ISO1600 is double as sensitive as the OMD. Like Blue_skies is saying, the measured OMD ISO in this case is actually half of the NEX-7, so the measured ISO would be close to 800, and not what Olympus has labelled it (i.e. 1600).

Now LTZ470, please go to your local camera dealer who you trust more than us and have him verify what we are saying in this thread.
