I just bought a Imagination Studio 4 for the upgrade price for $89.96 last week. The full suite includes:
One-Year Indabe Music Pro Membership
DVD Architecture Studio 5
NewBlueFX Titling and Video Effects
Audio Studio 10
Vocal Eraser Plug In
Acid Music Studio 9
Movie Studio Platinum Suite 12.
Pixelcast Account Upgrade: Includes a bunch of free music, gives you 5 gigs of storage for one year over 500 megs for the free version.
One free premium loop library
And about 2 gigs of music loops.
Sony makes it difficult to figure out what is included over the other and the different suite. Vegas Pro is the top suite.
I don't believe the Amazon offering is the full suite of products that is including in Imagination Suite 4.
