I found that using a manual lens like the 135 2.8 Minolta and focus peaking you can do a pretty decent job with moving things.

Chasing a bit of a cracker thrown by someone.

Just pick one out and shoot him. NEX 7, Minolta manual lens using the power of yellow peaking..
