SX50 - 58mm adapter

Yes, there is no vigneting whatever by using a 58mm filter adapter ring (thank you Mario and many others!). I can't understand why Canon insists by recommending the 67mm adapter and filter, it's only bigger, more expensive and heavier

With the difference in price, one can get a better quality filter.
