Safari WTF?

I've got full screen switched off, but I have to toggle back and forth because it does somethings like provide an address bar I can type in when switched on and a back button. Cmd N provides a new window, but I have to toggle to full screen to make it useable, then back again to have more than one window. Not a lot of use if you are using numerous screens at the same time.

The other computers I have with the older version don't need a constant in and out of full screen mode, I can't see how reading a book will change that.

I'm glad you all think it's wonderful  and it's another step in the right direction, change for the sake of it where I'm sitting.
