laptops for editing

I am happy working with my Lenovo Ideacentre touchscreen desktop for editing with CS5 at home, but need a lightweight travel computer/tablet (with touchscreen) for editing, email, and reading when on the road.  I've been looking at the Ideapad Yoga 13 and the Thinkpad Twist, both by Lenovo.  Both are i7, 8 GB RAM and lightweight.  I'm not a very technically savvy person.  Will either of these two models handle editing large files in CS5?  My old laptop is so slow that I just wait until I get home to edit.  I will always have a small drive with me for storage.
