D7000 Help please.

My D7000 just ran out of Warranty and now it seems warranty might be needed.

Problem description:

After subject is focused and Manual focus is set; when i press the Button to take the Picture, Picture is not taken but the AF engine spin quite noisy even if Focus is in M.

It did it in Live view, in M, if i use AF then turn it to M; It does the same hunting.

I hope is a silly mistake of mine....

Any ideas?
