organizing file with lightroom or silkypix picasa?

Works well for me. I import raws into Lightroom (putting the files into my normal folder collection) and then develop the ones I want, exporting high quality jpegs into the same folders as the raws. Picasa is set to only show jpegs, so it acts as a sort of keeper viewer.

It took me a good month of steady Lightroom use to really become comfortable with it, but now it's second nature.
