Best mirror-less camera for GRD user

Love my Ricoh GRD but now looking to broaden my scope with a mirror-less camera.

Looking at Fujfilm X-E1, Olympus OM-D, and Panasonic GH1 all with 35mm (film) prime lenses.

Wildcard: Fujifilm X100.

Which one, do you believe, would give me the most satisfaction coming from a Ricoh user (think UI and color profile).
