Fujifilm X100 vs (new) X-E1 vs (wildcard) Olympus OM-D

First off, a little bit about where I am coming from...

I have a Ricoh GR III which I have intent to ever get rid of as it has the most perfect UI of any camera I have ever used and a fantastic prime 28mm lens. It is my pocket camera.

However, I am still searching for a Mirrorless camera with a larger sensor so that I can achieve landscape photographs, as well as good bokeh (two aspects that are unattainable with the Ricoh).

I purchased a Sony NEX 5N two months ago and after shooting a wedding and a cruise came to the conclusion that it is not for me. Auto focus, user interface, and generic color profile left me smiling every time I took pictures with my Ricoh. Not to say it took great pictures, but once they were uploaded into Lightroom (and later printed) there was no character - if that makes sense.

So, I am in the process of selling my Sony NEX (any bidders?) and looking at either Olympus Micro 4/3's or Fujifilm X (Leica for sure if I didn't have to sell my car in order to afford one).

- Viewfinder is a necessity

- Good Image Quality with character and bokeh

- Decent User Interface

- 35mm fast lens (don't care for zoom lenses, so that is why I'm throwing in the Fujifilm X100)

What would you all recommend? Hopefully find some answers from those who have used the mentioned cameras above as well as know where I'm coming from as a user of a Ricoh GR.

Thank you all.
