Feeling a bit stuck. How can I take my work to the next level?

Hi everyone.

I promise you this isn't just another shameless plug.  I'm looking for advice as to how to really take my photos from where they are now to another level.  I feel like I've been stuck on the same style, processing, everything for a long time and it's just not working for me.  Something is missing.  Heart and soul and meaning, maybe.  In my mind, all I do is take pretty photos of pretty things.  There's no FEELING coming through any photos that I'm shooting.

I'm certainly not a professional, but this is what I enjoy doing more than anything else, and I'd really like to get better.
