The other odd bit of your research is the 35/1.4 and the 50/1.4 ...why. What application do either of have have for street or studio. You need to compare the 35/1.4 and the 35/2 in the Zeiss, they are not just different in aperture ...so different and one is absolutely not an upgrade for the other. The planar for studio work ...?
